About Northwood Trail
Northwood Trail is a neighborhood of 32 individually owned residential properties located off NW 70th Street in Johnston, Iowa. The community includes three private streets — Blair Loop, Lincoln Circle, and Beery Place.
The Northwood Trail Homeowners Association maintains and repairs all common areas, including the private streets, streetlights, sidewalks, and pond/drainage areas. Monthly dues of $240 cover the cost for general lawn maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal. Our HOA is operated entirely by homeowner volunteers who help ensure the neighborhood remains well-maintained and welcoming.
