Pond Usage
The Northwood Trail pond serves as the drainage system for the entire neighborhood. HOA member volunteers maintain the area surrounding the pond. A sign is posted indicating the pond is private to keep people from venturing onto the ice in winter. We encourage members to use the pond, keeping the following rules in mind.
Fishing is catch and release only. Please do not fish near the fountains, as lures and lines get tangled in their filters. Fish only from the East, North, and West sides please. Keep the area clean and take everything with you.
